Hawaiian Pizza

  1. Ingredients
    1. Two small (5 ounce) packages of Canadian bacon
    2. One rectangular (Albertsons) pizza crust from the specialties breads rack.
    3. Half jar of marinara sauce
    4. 8 oz plus of shredded Mozzarella cheese
    5. 8 oz packet of thinly sliced Provolone cheese.

  2. Tools
    1. Standard round pizza pan
    2. Large skillet, PAM, metal cooking screen to fit the skillet.
    3. Metal spatula.
    4. Big sharp knife to cut the finished product.

  3. Preparations
    1. Pre-heat oven using the pizza setting.
    2. On a large cutting board, slice the pizza crust in half. Put one half in the pan. Cut the second half into two pieces that fit in the pan.
    3. Spread the marinara sauce on the crust.
    4. Drop about half the Mozzarella over the sauce.
    5. Use all of the Canadian bacon to cover the sauce and cheese.
    6. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded Mozzarella over Canadian bacon.
    7. Cut the drained pineapple rings into eighths. Spread the segments on top of the pizza.
    8. Place 9 or 10 slices of Provolone on top.
    9. Cook for 13 minutes. Remove. Let cool 10 minutes. Cut into sixteen pieces of roughly equal bite plus size.

  4. Serve with optional dry red pepper chips.
