  1. Ingredients
    1. One pound mild Italian bulk sausage
    2. One Boboli pizza crust
    3. One Boboli pizza sauce packet
    4. 8 oz packet of Mozzarella shredded cheese
    5. 8 oz packet of thinly sliced Provolone cheese.
    6. At least 20 slices of pepperoni.
    7. Half of a small onion. Slice into thin arcs, about one eighth of a circle.
    8. Half of a fresh bell pepper, sliced very thinly.

  2. Tools
    1. Standard round pizza pan
    2. Large skillet, PAM, metal cooking screen to fit the skillet.
    3. Metal spatula.
    4. Big sharp knife to cut the finished product.

  3. Preparations
    1. Cook the sausage. Crumble as you go.
    2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
    3. Place the pizza crust on the pizza pan.
    4. Spread the Boboli sauce on the crust.
    5. Drop about half the Mozzarella over the sauce.
    6. Sprinkle the onion chips over the parmesan.
    7. Sprinkle the thin bell pepper slices next.
    8. Over half the pizza, spread the cooked Italian sausage liberally.
    9. Over the other half, place the pepperoni slices.
    10. Cover with the remaining Mozzarella. Place 9 or 10 slices of Provolone on top.
    11. Cook for 13 minutes. Remove. Let cool 10 minutes. Cut into six pieces of roughly equal size.

  4. Serve with optional dry red pepper chips.
